Shipping Policy

Please Note

No deliveries will be done after hours, on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please provide us with an address where we can deliver during office hours.

Shipping rates are only applicable in South Africa. If you're interested in cross-border rates feel free to contact us at info@rockysradio.co.za

If there is a particular item you are looking for and it is not listed on our site feel free to contact us and we'll get it for you.

Order confirmation

When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

Shipping confirmation

You will then receive a second email from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery. All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the day that we receive them, if in stock.

Orders submitted on a weekend

Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days confirming shipment of your order.

Delivery to P.O. BOX

Our courier service provides "door-to-door" service and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide us with your work address if you would like your order delivered to your office.

Item not in stock

If the order is no longer in stock, you will be notified within one business day and be given the oppurtunity to either backorder or cancel. I trust the the above information will be of value to ensure a great on-line store.
