Returns Policy

At Rocky's Radio, we sell all of our products with a 30 -day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases.

If the item is faulty and irreplaceable (provided it has not been damaged) and is returned in its original packaging we will gladly refund your money in full - minus original shipping costs.

We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please contact us on +27 11 362 - 1671 or +27 11 812 1993 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5pm; Sat 8:30 am - 1 pm) and let us know why you were not happy with your purchase.
